This is a true story, the reconstructions are based on air traffic control transcripts. On June 1st 1999, American Airlines flight 1420 an MD-82 took off from Dallas Fort-Worth bound for Little Rock. The pilots were aware that their were storms ahead and believe they could make it on time, but with all the stress the pilots forget key elements during landing and cause a fataful landing which nearly cost many lives to be lost. © 2008 FLT111 FILM PRODUCTION
